Neel Mehta is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in Tax Litigation and Advisory for Direct and International Taxes. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Accounting and Statistics (B.Com.) from Gujarat University.
At DGNM & Associates LLP, Neel leads Tax Litigation, Business Setup Advisory in India, Startup Mentoring, Debt Syndication, and Virtual CFO Services, helping clients navigate complex financial and regulatory matters.
He possesses extensive experience in Income Tax and GST litigation, he has successfully represented clients before various tax authorities. Neel also writes for Taxmann, one of India’s top legal journals.

CA. Dainik Gohel

Dainik Gohel is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Expanding his expertise on a global scale, he is also an associate member of CPA Australia.
With a deep understanding of Indirect Taxation, he oversees Litigation, Advisory and Compliance, playing a pivotal role in helping businesses across diverse industries navigate complex tax regulations with precision and confidence. His expertise includes providing strategic advisory to corporations on SEZ Units including GIFT City (Gujarat), while ensuring smooth and efficient regulatory compliance. He has also provided strategic insights on FEMA matters to various multinational corporations.
He has also played a key role in advising on government incentive schemes like the Gujarat IT Policy and PLI Scheme.
